Argentina Dove Hunt

Santiago del Estero has an estimated 20 million resident eared doves — and they fly all day long, dawn to dusk, every day of the year. On a typical hunt day, an experienced shooter will go through 1,000–2,000 shells. That's not an exaggeration. This is the dove hunting capital of the world, and it's unlike anything in North America.

Hunters stay at La Pichona or Charca Lodge — 45 minutes from Santiago del Estero Airport (SDE), completely surrounded by the exclusive 30-mile hunting territory. Private chef, Argentine wines, pool, and fire pit evenings.
